The ultra-light, flexible, pierced and adjustable under vest is ideal as an invisible under vest. Protection area up to 0.45 m² with separate side protection covering the entire upper body. The weight of only 1.3 kg is possible thanks to the protective armor, which is in the patent. The material is not only very breathable, but also so flexible that it adapts perfectly to the shape of the body - for both women and men. Thanks to adjustable shoulder straps and flexible abdominal straps, it can be adjusted in a wide range. The sides are open for even more flexibility and weight, but can be equipped with optional protection if needed - even on one side.
Description
The technology used in our anti-stab production vests and other anti-stab clothing is innovative and unique in the world. After years of intensive research, we have succeeded in producing a textile composite that is safe, light and flexible at the same time. For example, our vest only weighs around 1.3 kg. The protective layer consists of a high-strength aramid fabric to which a special plastic is applied. Thanks to high-strength fibers and absorbent plastics, the specific properties of this composite are even higher than those of a stainless steel plate. The weight is about 4.5 times less than a similar thick stainless steel plate. To ensure flexibility and breathability, we took the armadillo as a model. Just like this armored mammal, we use the overlapping structure of the scales. However, unlike other providers, our shelters are arranged in such a way that they cannot be squashed. This makes it possible to achieve a high level of security in combination with maximum flexibility.
