Our suit vest hides what's inside. From the outside, the stab-resistant vest looks like an ordinary vest worn under a suit. Our proven anti-stab material is completely hidden inside, protecting you all around. The very large covered area covers almost the entire upper body. Like our other vests, the suit vest is characterized by a very high level of comfort. We achieve this thanks to a low weight of approx. 1.6 kg and a protected area of ​​around 0.4 m². In comparison, other vests offer a covered area of ​​only 0.1-0.2 m². In addition, the high flexibility of the puncture protection material significantly increases wearing comfort. This means that the vest can be worn permanently without any restrictions - either while sitting or during more activity.

The vest has a V-neckline and a row of buttons attached to it, making it appear that the vest can be unzipped like a regular vest. And that is exactly the highlight of the new vest from Armadillo Tex. It is a high quality anti-stab vest that is not recognizable as such. For example, a white cloth can be placed in a small breast pocket. Back then, no one would have thought it was a stab-proof vest. The vest is pulled over the head and fastens on both sides with a strong Velcro fastener. This technology means that the front is completely free of any markings that would indicate a safety vest. The total protection area of ​​0.4 m² overlaps on the side depending on your body type, so you are completely protected. Despite the large protective surface, the vest has a very low weight of only 1.6 kg and is therefore pleasant and comfortable to wear.
The protective material in the vest can be easily removed. The upper material can be easily washed in the washing machine, which ensures perfect and hygienic cleaning.
The technology used to produce our stab resistant vests and other stab resistant garments is innovative and unique in the world. After years of intensive research, we have succeeded in producing a textile composite that is safe, light and flexible at the same time. The protective layer consists of a high-strength aramid fabric, on which a special plastic is integrally applied. Thanks to high-strength fibers and energy-absorbing plastics, the specific properties of this composite are even higher than those of stainless steel plates. The weight is approximately 4.5 times less than a similarly thick stainless steel sheet. To ensure flexibility and breathability, we took the armadillo as a model. Like this armored mammal, we use an overlapping structure of scales. However, unlike other providers, our shelters are arranged in such a way that they cannot be squashed. This allows us to achieve a high level of security combined with maximum flexibility.
