Baofeng BF-H6 has 128 memory channels and is equipped with an LCD display on which all set parameters are clearly displayed. The CTCSS function (continuos tone coded squelch system) allows you to ignore unwanted calls from other people who use the same frequency, so you can communicate only with a specific person.

The VOX (voice-operated-transmission) function starts transmitting automatically when a voice is detected, and it is not necessary to press the PPT (push-to-talk) button every time the transmission is started. When you stop talking, this function will end the transmission and automatically enter the receive mode.

The BCL (busy channel lock-out) function allows blocking of signal transmission on a busy channel and thus prevents other groups from interfering in the same frequency band while communication is in progress. They will only be able to broadcast when the channel is clear.

The TOT (time out timer) function allows you to set the time after which the broadcast is automatically interrupted. This prevents the simultaneous use of the channel by one user, e.g. when the PTT button is accidentally blocked.
